3. 강의목표
This subject deals primarily with the basic principles to synthesize the monodisperse colloidal particles in solution and of their light scattering. Emphasis is on polymer latex, inorganic colloids, as well as hybrid colloids, and their single scattering of light. Dynamic light scattering and inline holographic microscopy will be briefly discussed.

The course will follow Sugimoto's book, monodispersed particles in the first half of the semester, and then Bohren and Huffman's book in the second half.
