3. Course Objectives

This course aims to prepare students to learn major topics in the field of biomedical sciences including physiology, pharmacology, neuroscience, cell biology, microbiology, anatomy and histology, genetics, biochemistry and immunology.

40% mid_exam (report) + 40 % final_exam (presentation) + 20% attendance

PART I (covered by Prof. Baek Seung Tae) - 7 classes
- Neuro-digenerative disease (Genetic disease, Infectious disease)
- Diagnosis and treatment

PART II (covered by Prof. Kim Tae-Kyung) - 7 classes
- Cancer, neuro-digenerative disease (Alzheimer's & Parkinsons' disease)

PART III (covered by Prof. Park Seung-Yeol) - 7 classes

We encourage students to participate in class by grouping students and giving a presentation at the end of each PART.
