3. Course Objectives

나노기술은 현재 또는 미래에 넓고 다양한 분야에 활용될 것이다. 특히, 점차적으로 소자의 크기가 작아지면서 발생하는 새로운 물리적 현상은 고전물리와 달리 양자효과를 고려한 접근이 필요로 한다.
- 이 교과목의 목적은 나노기술의 배경과 양자역학의 기본지식을 제공하며, 나노소자에 응용한 결과를 이해하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한, 공학적 관점에서 양자전송현상도 같이 다룬다.

4. Prerequisites & require

- 반도체 물리에 대한 이해가 필요함

- 중간고사: 40%, 기말고사: 40% 숙제: 10%, 출석: 10%
