3. 강의목표
This course specifically aims to provide a general introduction to solid state chemistry that covers various topics ranging from traditional subjects like crystal & symmetry, defects, synthesis, electrical properties of materials, to modern subjects that have been issued in more recent years, such as, nanosciences including low-dimensional materials of zero dimensional and one or two dimensional systems made of semiconductor, carbon materials, soft matter and/or coordinated molecular networks.
4. 강의선수/수강필수사항
Highly recommended to have taken Inorganic chemistry
5. 성적평가
Written exam ⅹ2 (60 %)
Homework & lab*) (20%) YBCO superconductor synthesis or graphene exfoliation. (* You need to conduct one of the two experiments in NMRL after making an appointment with a TA. Midterm exam period is highly recommended.)
