3. 강의목표

There are so many ingredients in the food industry & technology that are obtained through cultivation and fermentation. The lecture will cover the history of how these have developed and discuss future technologies related to them. The lecture will be conducted online and in Korean, as it is intended for graduate students affiliated with Foodtech major who are only able to attend classes on the weekend or late night.
