3. 강의목표
Learns the operation of basic electronic circuits such as rectifier and amplifiers, which consists of diode, transistors(BJT, MOSFET), R, L and C. This class is closely linked to the experiment class EECE 332 Basic Experiments on Electronics(기초전자실험), which is offered to verify the circuit operations learned in this class. Hand analysis and SPICE simulation will be used to understand the circuit operation.

1.Review of circuit theory, RLC elements, amplifier, Laplace transform, equivalent circuit, LC resonance, frequency response: 2.5 weeks
2.Operation PN junction diode & diode circuits, rectifier, clamp circuit, voltage doubler, DC-DC converter: 4 weeks
3.Operation of BJT device & BJT amplifiers, CE CB CC amplifier, bias circuit: 3.5 weeks
4.Operation of MOSFET device & amplifiers, CS CG CD amplifier, frequency response, MOS switch, MOS differential pair, CMOS digital circuit: 5 weeks
