3. Course Objectives

- This course will deal with the latest papers and research trends in the field of electronic materials. The course takes the format of a journal review presentation.
- It is expected that the graduate students and new researchers will have the knowledge of the latest research trends, improve their presentation skills, and derive joint research.

Attendance : 30%, Presentation & Discussion : 50%, Term paper : 20%

8. Course Plan

1week : Introduction and course overview
2-15week : Journal review presentation

Journal review presentation:
Paper reading, analysis, and discussion will be a part of the course. Each week, students will present an article and lead a group discussion.
(The number of presenters will be adjusted according to the number of students)

The presenter is responsible for selecting an article for discussion.
(The subject of the presentation is free to choose from one's research field or interest)
Each student is required to write a short summary of the presentation & discussion.

Presentation grades will be based on the evaluation sheet by the students.

Term paper:
The term paper should be submitted at the end of the semester and will be evaluated by instructors. (Organize your research topics or ideas based on what you have presented during the semester)
