3. 강의목표
In the series of courses (Analysis I and II), we study the rigorous foundations of mathematical analysis. The purpose of this course is to help you improve skills and intuitions on mathematical analysis. Understanding the fundamental concepts and procedures of analysis and acquiring intuition and expertise in the production of rigorous proofs are all part of this process. The precise contents that we cover in the first semester of the series of courses (Analysis I) include rigorous foundations on the number systems, the metric topology on the Euclidean space, sequences and series, continuity, and differentiation.

The prerequisites for this course are Math 101-103 (Calculus) and some experience with proofs in mathematics.
