AMSE481 - 전자 소자(Electronic Devices) (2021-1학기부터 교과목 명 변경 적용)
In this course, students will learn about the operating principles of MOS capacitors and MOSFET devices that make up LOGIC and memory devices, as well as the integrated circuit fabrication process.
