3. Course Objectives
대수학의 기본적인 대상인 군, 환, 모듈, 다항식, 체, 대수적 방정식 등을 공부한다.
The goal of this course is to study groups, rings, modules, polynomials, fields, and algebraic equations.
4. Prerequisites & require
이 과목을 수강하기 전 학부 현대대수학 I, II와 선형대수학, 대학원 대수학 1 내용을 공부하는 것을 추천함.
I recommend studying Undergraduate Algebra I, II, Linear Algebra and Graduate Algebra I before taking this course.

주교재의 Part 1, Part 2 내용의 일부(특히 4, 5, 6장)를 다룰 예정이다.
We will cover some parts of Part 1 and Part 2 (especially, Chapter IV, Chapter V, Chapter VI) of the main textbook.
