In this course, we will cover one of the most representative textbook in Chemical Engineering, "Intermolecular and Surface Force" by Jacob N. Israelachvili. The course aims to provide both fundamental and experimental insights into various intermolecular and surface interactions. The course will help students to link the fundamental science with practical applications such as molecular or colloidal self-assembly.
