This is the second semester sequel of ‘Organic Chemistry’. Emphasis is given to the development of basic organic chemical principles and their applications in terms of the structure and reactivity of representative functionalities, and and synthesis.

Prerequisites: Passing grade of CHEM 221: Organic Chemistry l
5. 성적평가
The grading Will be based on two mid-term exams (100 pts each) and one final exam(200 pts)). Excessive absence from the class may be a cause of failing grade.

The class will be conducted in English. However, the key points and the summary of chapter will be presented in Korean. Students can use Korean for asking questions.
