3. 강의목표
                
                    2차원 물질에서 발생하는 다양한 물리 현상의 기본 이해를 도모한다. 2차원 물질계의 구조, 광학, 전기 및 자성적 특성에 대한 최근 이론/실험 연구들을 포함한다.
The course is aiming to provide a basic knowledge of the various  phenomena in two-dimensional materials. Course content will cover recent theoretical and experimental investigations on structural, optical, electrical, and magnetic properties of various two-dimensional materials.
                
             
            
                4. 강의선수/수강필수사항
                
                    Knowledge of basic principles of quantum mechanics and condensed matter physics is desirable.
- Graduate Quantum Mechnics 1 or its equivalent (for physics major students) 
- AMSE313, Physics of materials, or its equivalent (for material science and engineering major students) 
- We recommend material science and engineering students to consult with Prof. Jonghwan Kim before registering to the class.
