3. 강의목표
This advanced course focuses on understanding the tumor immune microenvironment of lung cancer through in-depth study and discussion of recent research and review papers. By critically analyzing findings from human and animal model studies, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of immune mechanisms governing tumor progression and therapeutic responses, as well as emerging strategies in cancer immunotherapy. Students are required to have successfully completed the following prerequisite courses, including Advanced Immunology, Cancer Biology, and Advanced Cell Biology.

● 9-10주: Mechanisms of Immune Evasion – Tumor antigen presentation, checkpoint regulation, and exhaustion
● 11-12주: Advances in Immunotherapy – Checkpoint inhibitors, bispecific antibodies, CAR-T, and cytokine-based therapies
● 13-14주: Translational Insights and Biomarkers – Immune signatures, resistance mechanisms, and patient stratification
● 15-16주: Emerging Research Directions – Modulating TIME and combination therapeutic approaches
