This class introduces the knowledge and skills for the project management in dealing with mega engineering procurement construction (EPC) projects thought the project life cycle processes.
It covers some basic features of PM’s elements such as (1) scheduling, (2) contracting, (3) cost, (4) project financing, and (5) risks.
A few number of case-study examples will be exemplified, utilizing recent research on the data and analysis for industrial megaprojects performances.
Some PM software basic tools such as for scheduling risk will be introduced through hands-on lab practices.
