- 스트레스 관리, 팀활동, 대인관계 등의 역량 개발을 위해 분반활동 위주의 능동적인 교과 활동을 장려하고 있으며, 다양한 강연 및 간담회, 재학생 선배들과의 만남을 통해 대학생활 전반에 걸쳐 도움을 받을 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 함

- To develop competencies in stress management, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and other areas, we encourage active curricular activities centered on class activities, and aim to provide opportunities to receive help throughout university life through various lectures and meetings, as well as meetings with senior students.

- 20학번~26학번 대상 강의 (20 이전 학번 수강불가)
- Lecture for students enrolled in 2020–2026 (students enrolled before 2020 are not eligible to take the course)
