3. 강의목표
This course focuses on understanding organizations at both micro and macro levels and the basic processes of human resources and industrial relations management in a global corporate context. The whole course consists of four thematic modules, covering the major topic areas: organizational behavior (OB), organization management (OM), HR management (HRM) and industrial relations (IR). Each module is addressed by an instructor specializing in the field: (1) Prof. Se Hyong OH (Hanyang University Business School) for OB, including conflict management, (2) Prof. Sang Min LEE (Hanyang University Business School) for HRM, (3) Prof Joonkoo LEE (Hanyang University Business School) for OM, including inter-organizational network and ecosystem, , and (4) Prof. Sun Wook Chung (Sogang Business School) for HR/IR in the international context. The overall course is managed by Prof. Lee, including grading. Students expect to study key concepts and theories in the field of organization and human resources management and be able to apply them in the context of manufacturing-based, multinational companies. Through lectures and individual and group projects, they can acquire managerial competency in organization and human resources that can help them grow as a future leader of such companies.

※ 본 교과목은 경영과학전공 학생만 대상으로 하며, 타 전공 및 타 학과 학생의 수강은 불가함 (This course is open only to students in the Management Science major. Enrollment by students from other majors or departments is not permitted.)
