3. 강의목표

1. Understand human-centered design principles and explain how human needs, cognitive characteristics, behaviors, and contexts inform the design of interactive systems.

2. Investigate users and real-world contexts using appropriate qualitative and user-research methods, including interviews, observation, thinking-aloud protocols, stakeholder analysis, and personas.

3. Translate user insights into design requirements by identifying problems, stakeholders, interactions, user journeys, scenarios, and functional requirements.

4. Apply an iterative design process to move from problem discovery and definition to concept development, prototyping, evaluation, and refinement.

5. Design and evaluate interactive experiences by considering usefulness, usability, affect, and broader dimensions of user experience.

6. Explore emerging forms of human–AI interaction involving LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and Physical AI, and critically consider how these technologies can be incorporated into human-centered solutions.

7. Develop and communicate a working prototype that demonstrates a coherent connection among user research, design requirements, technological possibilities, and design decisions.
