This course focuses on research topics and methods in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), particularly on developing appreciation for and expertise in different kinds of research contributions in HCI. In this course, we will cover a broad range of research topics and methods that are frequently studied and used to understand how people use technology, develop prototypes to explore novel ideas, and evaluate new systems in real-world settings.
