3. 강의목표
Molecular biology is the study of biology at a molecular level. In this class, lectures will be directed toward an understanding of how genes function in the cell. The class will cover the basic principles of transcription, processing of transcripts, organization of genes, chromatin, DNA replication, and translation with emphasis on the historical background and the experimental approaches to major discoveries.
