3. 강의목표
Course Objective:
The basic principles and applications of heat and mass transfer in engineering processes are studied along with the analogy in 3(momentum, energy, mass) transport processes.
We first study the flux expressions and their utility in setting up the energy and mass balance equations. The resulting equations of change are analyzed for various engineering problems.
We also discuss important dimensionless groups and the concepts of thermal/mass boundary layer and heat/mass transfer coefficient.
