3. 강의목표
Postechian Core Capabilities: Global Citizenship 50%, Self Management 50%
The clinic program is designed to support GIFT students actively writing papers for publication and preparing for presentations at international conferences. Students registering for this course will be expected to work independently to write and develop their own research. Clinic appointments will allow for evaluation, proofreading and revision of work.
4. 강의선수/수강필수사항
Ideally, students should have taken the Basic level English courses offered through GIFT.
5. 성적평가
Students are required to schedule a minimum of six clinic sessions over the course of the semester. Each session will be for approximately thirty minutes. The student must prepare at least two pages of appropriate writing (600 words) per session. Alternatively, the student should be prepared to rehearse a conference presentation, including all presentation materials.
7. 참고문헌 및 자료
The clinics will be focused on each student's original research output.
8. 강의진도계획
While a regular Friday morning schedule is planned (with clinic sessions starting at 9:30 and continuing at 30 minute intervals), alternative scheduling is available if those times are not convenient. It is important to remember, however, that each week's schedule will be determined on a first-come/ firs serve basis and that students who fail to schedule sufficient appointments early in the semester will not be given special preference in the last few weeks of the semester. Since demand for clinics sessions may increase toward the end of the semester, students will be expected to schedule half of their clinics times before the mid-term period.
