People have been trying to understand many varied physical phenomena by looking at simpler models. Historically the models that we consider have been written in terms of various differential equations. In this course, we learn various basic techniques for mathematically interpreting these various differential equations. This course covers basic techniques for the system of ODEs and basic PDEs including low-dimensional wave, heat, and Poisson equations.
