Calculus (Math 101)

- Quiz 1 (5%) + Midterm (35%) + Quiz 2 (5%) + Final (55%)
- Total 100% ( All scores will be given in terms of integers without any roundup; all decimals will be dropped each time.)
- Grading:
o A+(100-92), A0(91-84), A-(83-76)
o B+(75-68), B0(67-60), B-(59-52)
o C+(51-44), C0(43-36), C-(35-28)
o D+(27-20), D0(19-12), D-(11-4)
o F(3-0)
- There will be quizzes in the recitation section scheduled for the 4th week and 12th week.
- Quizzes and exams will be common to all sections. The grading therefore follows the absolute scaling as specified above. Absence to the exam will also be taken care of according to the regulations of the University with no exception. Missing Final exam will result in the automatic Fail (F) regardless of anything else.

Classic lectures by instructors, solving exercises with TA, 10 exercise problems are given each week for self-learning

At least 70% of Exam problems are on the level of exercise problems, which will stack up to 120-150 problems by the end of the semester. Learning them will easily elevate students knowledge to A level.
