21-2학기 강의 개설의 가장 큰 목표는,
1) 지난 21-1학기에 전자수학 A 수강의 기회를 놓쳤던 학생들에게 21-2학기에 수강 기회를 제공하는 것과
1) 군복무중인 학생들에게 전자수학 A 수강의 기회를 제공하는 것입니다.

This course provides the foundations for modeling uncertainties in Communication, Signal Processing, and Control systems.

Through this course, students will learn
1. the concepts of probability, random variables, random vectors, and random processes,
2. the concept of characteristic functions,
3. how to model uncertainties in electrical systems,
4. how to compute conditional and unconditional probabilities of events
5. how to compute expectations of random variables, vectors, and processes,
6. the concepts of various modes of convergence of random sequences, and related limit theorems, and
7. how to deal with random inputs and outputs of discrete-time and continuous-time linear time-invariant systems in the time domain and in the frequency domain.

21-2학기 강의는 첫날 수업에서만 WebEx 1시간 15분 강의임.

진도는 21-1학기 강의 영상으로 이용하여 Flipped Learning방식으로 진행함. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5RR80y2HGo&list=PL2fxOURY4wI6TM69huwpSfmVxasTWRWdt )
특히 복무중인 학생들은 시간이 될 때 미리 학습해 놓으셔야 기말 고사 기간과 훈련 기간이 겹칠 때 문제가 발생하지 않습니다.

첫날 수업을 제외한 수업시간에는 Q&A, 기출 HW & Exam 문제 풀이, MATLAB 데모 등을 약 30분 실시함.
수업은 모두 녹화되어 강의 유튜브 채널에 업로드 됨.
군복무중인 학생들은 녹화 영상으로 진도 진행하며 Office hour는 평일 저녁시간에 실시함.
담당교수 연구실(054-279-2377 로 전화하면 착신 전환되어 핸드폰 연결됨.)이나 핸드폰으로 전화하여 1대1 Office hour실시.
군복무중인 수강생들에게는 이메일로 담당교수 핸드폰 번호 전송예정. 개강후 미리 담당교수에게 걸려올 전화번호를 알려 놓으시면 저녁시간이라도 수신함.
간단한 질문은 유선상으로 Q&A를 실시하고, 수식 등이 필요할 시 Zoom으로 연결하여 진행함.

21-1학기에는 HW으로 MATLAB과제가 많았으나, 군복무중인 학생들의 컴퓨터 접근성 문제로 인해 21-2학기에는 모두 optional HW으로 이동합니다. 성적은 optional HW이 제외된 상태에서 상대 평가된 후, optional HW을 많이 제출한 학생을 최종성적을 보정하게 됩니다. 따라서 MATLAB HW을 포함하여 optional HW을 제출하지 않았다고 하여 받는 불이익은 없습니다.
