3. 강의목표
Ceramics are key materials for today’s information and energy technologies as shown in many electronic devices, batteries, and fuel cells. This course discusses structure (crystal, defects)- property (electrical, mechanical)-processing (diffusion, sintering) in ceramics. The application of ceramics in various application will also be discussed.
