3. 강의목표
This course will provide the introduction to the the elementary particle physics. The nature of fundamantal interactions will be explained in depth and necessary concepts and mathematical tools are introduced accordingly. After introducing basic concepts such as particle and spin, the relativistic quantum mechanics is introduced to calcualte the cross section of scattering of elementary of particles. Then after introducing group theories to understand the SU(3) structure of quarks, gauge theory is developed. Finally the standard model is worked out in depth.
