This course covers the foundations of modern methods of quality design, control, improvement, and management that are used in the manufacturing and service industries.

4. Prerequisites & require

IMEN 272 (Probability and Statistics for Engineers) or MATH 230 (Probability and Statistics); Strictly enforced.
