3. 강의목표
Students should learn the basic building blocks of radar signal processing, waveforms and pulse compression, estimation as well as trakcing of targets of interest. In addition, signal processing techniques to reduce clutter signals are discussed, i.e., moving target indication and Doppler filtering. A brief introduction to airborne pulse Doppler radar is also discussed. Modern imaging radars such as syntheic aperture radar is also introduced. Finally, an essential part of modern warfare, namely, electronic counter measures (i.e., electronic warfare) is briefly covered.
