3. 강의목표

The course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop,process, and analyze food products in a safe and sustainable manner.
Additionally, it can provide students with an understanding of the impact of the convergence between food industry and latest IT technologies.

All participating professors offer lectures regarding their food technology related research topics and latest technologies.
