This course will provide a survey of modern chemical biology with an emphasis on the application of a wide range of chemical tools to biological problems. The course will be a hybrid of lecture and student project presentation. Each student will prepare an original research project at the end of the course, and the proposal will be evaluated for creativity, feasibility, and impact.
