한 국가의 경쟁력은 새로운 과학기술 지식을 창출하고 활용하는 능력에 의해 좌우되며, 현대사회로 접어들면서 과학기술의 중요성은 날로 커지고 있다. 이 강의에서는 과학기술정책 분야에서 이루어지고 있는 다양한 연구 분야를 살펴보고, 실제 연구 사례 분석을 통해 과학기술정책 연구 능력을 배양하고자 한다.
