3. Course Objectives

본 교과목은 Mega-EPC Project 에 대한 계약 (Contract) 및 설비구매 (PO) 및 수행중 발생하는 발주자 (구매자) 와 계약자 (공급사) 사이의 클레임에 대한 기본과 실무적 이해를 높이기 위하여 엔지니어가 알아야 할 필수 계약 및 분쟁해결에 대한 주요 내용을 강의할 예정임.
